MEDICINE WITHIN RETREAT
Reconnect with your natural rhythm and cyclical nature as a wombyn! Learn how to tap into the wisdom of our bodies and unlock a deeper connection to allow her essence to be reclaimed and embodied.
Join us to further understand the power of your moon cycle and feel free to stand in the gentleness of your own feminine energy.
Learn how your cycle offers you the energetics to synchronize the larger forces at play around and within you. From the Wise Woman to the Wild Woman, our intention during these 4 days, is that you will have a blue-print on how to tap into your own medicine within and re-unite with the parts you had once forgotten.
Come re-member, re-claim, celebrate and deepen your connection with self and return to the world embodying all you had once left behind!

If you ask Melissa the cause she is most passionate about, it is treating mental and physical emotional trauma. Coming from a back ground of both parents suffering from addiction, sexual abuse and having cancer herself at 18 years old, she has made it her life’s mission to get educated in all areas to beat her own trauma and help guide and heal women suffering from traumatic events and painful addictions.
Gretchen creator of The Epic Connection, a community and healing collective creating connections for individuals to find holistic practitioners and healing modalities to deepen their relationship with self on a more authentic level.
She is also a trained Sound Practitioner and Embodied Dance Coach. She works individually with both sound and dance as energetic healing art forms.
The vibration of sound has the power to change the molecular structure of the water in our bodies, which not only has multifaceted health benefits, it allows us to move and release energy. Through embodied dance practice, she empowers wombyn to re-connect with their bodies through movement. To move and release stuck emotions through their unique blueprint of expression.
Her process into deep feminine healing has shown her all the ways wombyn have lost themselves and their connection with nature. She is now re-membering the ancient path and empowering wombyn to weave these threads of wisdom back into their blood, womb, and BE-ing. She is guided to share the path of re-membering, re-connection and embodiment with self and the Mother. Gretchen considers her divine calling to be a voice for the Mother within nature and within every wombyn.

Do I need previous experience in this kind of work?
It is not required, however a foundational basis of inner work through therapy, yoga training, meditation, or other healing modalities is helpful. There is an intensity to what we explore together, which can bring up a lot of repressed memories and feelings - please be prepared to allow yourself to experience waves of emotions, sensation, breakdown and breakthrough. We will do our best to hold space for you, see you, acknowledge you and help you to know your are safe through this process.
When should I plan to arrive?
If you are traveling from a farther distance - we recommend arriving at least a day early to give yourself time to settle in before the retreat begins and to allow for any travel delays. We can recommend hotels and lodging for you if you arrive early. If you arrive the day of the retreat, please arrive to the airport no later than 1pm.
Where can I stay before the retreat begins and after it ends?
Closer to the date of the retreat, we will send you our in-depth preparation guide with more details on travel recommendations and invite you to our private group WhatsApp chat where you can coordinate travel plans and connect with other participants if you desire.
Are there payment plans available?
Yes, we have a 4-installment payment plan available, full balance must be paid prior to the retreat.
How are the accommodations handled?
Once you confirm your retreat reservation, we recommend you secure your room accommodations as soon as possible. Here you will have your choice of accommodations, single or shared. Prices do vary per accommodations, and this is on a first come first serve basis, therefore we highly encourage securing your room as soon as possible, especially if you would like a single room. If you are booking with a friend - we recommend booking your rooms together.
What is the refund policy?
